Improvement Notice DJH 180506/01 issued on Pinifari Zyklon Rollercoaster, failed to adequately maintain and update so far as is reasonably practicable to ensure employees and members of the public are not exposed to risks to their H&S. 1) the worn and damaged wooden walkway access to the track, 2) the missing edge protection from the working platform above the station, 3) the damaged exit steps from the mid rail. Comply 18th June 2006 Improvement Notice DJH180506/02 on the Maxwell Waltzer, failed to adequately maintain so far as is reasonably practicable to ensure employees and members of the public are not exposed to risks to their H&S.1) the central decking (dancer boards ) need repair, 2) one platform (No13) requires replacement, 3) properly fence off the rear 2 access and steps. Comply 18th June 2006 Improvement Notice 180506/03 failed to have effective arrangements in place to ensure employees are of appropriate age to operate the rides, have received adequate appropraite health and safety training, have received appropriate ride operation training in accordance with HSG175, and have an appropriate maintenance recording procedures.
